Introducing the new UserJot widget (Beta)

We’ve rebuilt the UserJot widget to make it much more useful for your users.

Previously, the widget let users submit feedback and view your roadmap and changelog. With the new version, they can browse and interact with everything directly inside the widget.

Users can now browse existing requests, search and filter feedback, vote on ideas, read comments, join discussions, and follow requests as they move through your roadmap.

We’ve also made it easier to share visual feedback. Users can capture their current screen, annotate the screenshot, and attach it to their request without leaving your product. They can also attach their own images and see similar requests as they type.

Roadmap items and changelog posts can now be opened and read without leaving the widget, making the experience feel much more connected.

The new widget is available in beta today. You can learn more and find installation instructions in the documentation.
