A new visitor map, better moderation, and more

We've shipped updates across Conversations, feedback, and workspace management.

• Live visitor map. In the Conversations beta, see where people are browsing and how many are online.

• More context for Juno. Juno can scan your website and build an editable description of your product to help it answer customers.

• More control over moderation. Require approval for new customer comments, check feedback text and supported images for sensitive information, and benefit from improved spam detection.

• More API and MCP options. Add changelog cover images, find similar requests across your backlog, filter by author, and sort by recent status changes.

• Full-widget updates. Choose to open new changelogs directly in the widget, with their images and content visible.

• Account and workspace controls. Transfer workspace ownership, erase a member's personal data, and get a 30-day grace period before permanent account or workspace deletion.

We also fixed a few everyday annoyances:

• Search now matches partial words.

• SSO popups close properly and refresh the board after sign-in.

• Widget search no longer drops characters.

• Typing / in a text field no longer opens the command palette.

• Improved conversation syncing and chat-history scrolling.

• Private boards have clearer empty states.

• The public-board shortcut is back in the dashboard.

• CSV exports now identify merged requests.
