Add support to trigger post submit form via url param

Would be super cool if you could add a URL param like ?submit_modal=true so I can specifically trigger feature submission via URL.

Example: https://thumbnailpilot.userjot.com?submit_modal=true, and it displays the modal in the screenshot.

Should be super easy to implement, love UserJot!
