Ticketing/chat/email system. As a business owner, I want to be able to chat with my users through the widget. Maybe a 4th tab for Chat. Chat works like Crisp/Tidio.
This is a huge endeavor so I'm putting my request in early. I'd pay $20-30 more to have just one platform for feedback and customer service. ProduceLane does a good job here, but they're B2B focused and a bit more expensive. And heavily integrated with Linear which I don't like.
