What does "Report" actually do?

When viewing a Request and clicking on the : button there is a "Report" menu item. I can't see what this does. I've checked the docs and nothing stands out there. But there is no Search in the docs.

Hey Neville! Currently the report button creates an internal flag internally to avoid bad and/or malicious submissions. I could optionally add an internal flag in your dashboard as well if you think that would be helpful?

Hi Shayan, I'm still missing what this does. Can I see this internal flag somewhere? If it is set then what does it actually do. ex. Prevent that user from submitting further requests?
