Roadmap Kanban should show Planned, In Progress, and Done
After using the roadmap for a while, the current Kanban view feels confusing.
Right now it appears to show columns like:
- In Progress
- Planning
- Maybe
That does not match how I expect a roadmap Kanban to work. I would expect the roadmap to show the lifecycle from commitment through completion, something closer to:
- Planned
- In Progress
- Done
This would make the roadmap easier for customers and teams to understand at a glance, and would better reflect how work actually moves from planned work to active work to shipped work.
