Keep Juno handoff notes in the team's language
When a customer writes in another language, Juno sometimes writes its internal handoff note in that language too. In one reported conversation, both the customer messages and the handoff note were in Spanish. Keep internal notes in the workspace's language, with an option for teammates to view them in their preferred language, while Juno continues replying to the customer in the customer's language.
