Let Juno read CSV, image, and PDF attachments

Juno does not appear to recognize some files attached to conversations, including CSVs. Let it read and analyze common attachments such as CSVs, images, and PDFs so it can answer questions using their contents. If a file cannot be read, Juno should say so.
