Post Status UX issue
The end user has to hover over the status icon of a request to see its definition. This is bad UX IMO.
Worse still on Mobile, where hover isn't an option, the user doesn't know the status unless they can somehow memorize the icons from using the app on Desktop.
My suggestion is to add a status label beside the icon.
