New submission received email - Request deleted does a 404

When I click on "View Submission" in a "New submission received email" and that request has been deleted I get a 404 page. Better UX would be to say that the "Request has been deleted" or something like that.

Oh that's an edge case that flew over my head! I'll have it fixed.
