MCP: support latest posts retrieval for merge candidate review

I want to fetch the latest UserJot posts through the MCP and identify likely merge candidates among recent submissions. This would help us keep new feedback clean by quickly spotting duplicates or closely related requests. Expected workflow: pull recent posts, compare them against existing feedback, and suggest possible items to merge into.
