Make the upvote action more visible on feedback cards

Upvotes are an important signal for understanding which feature requests matter most and what should be prioritized next. It would be helpful if the current love/upvote button were made more visible and explicit as a primary action. For example, the action could feel more like a clear “Upvote” CTA on feedback cards and request pages, instead of being a quieter icon-only interaction.
