Make the "submit a post" popup window have more space

Currently when typing some feedback if the details of the feedback go post 3 ish lines the top of the details is hidden. It would be nice if the similar submissions area was a little smaller and the details area was a little bigger. Like maybe 500ish px min height big. This will encourage more detailed feedback I think
