Links in update body are removed or open as about:blank#blocked
When adding links inside an update body, the links do not work correctly. The current workaround is to paste the full URL as plain text, but when the text is made linkable, the link either gets removed or opens as about:blank#blocked instead of navigating to the intended destination.
This makes it difficult to include usable links in changelog/update content.
