Are you thinking about the popup widget or the entire board?

It shouldn't collect any cookies at all. It also shouldn't collect IPs if that is technically feasible.

Should be a generic widget, that could be placed anywhere not just wordpress. To let users go and submit feedback/feature req etc

+1. If I can have a widget that I can integrate to my website. It would be huge!

This is pretty important for me, but more for announcing new features to my existing users. I try to avoid spamming them with emails, but that makes it hard to announce new features they might find interesting. Canny seems to have this (https://canny.io/features/product-changelog) and I was considering switching, but I thought i'd hold on for a bit since I see you're testing a widget in-app and I've seen the posts on Twitter. The main thing is being able to have a notification / popup when I've published a changelog entry that the user hasn't read. A bonus would be doing kinda a pop-up modal when a user opens my app, and there's a new changelog entry for them to read. crisp.chat does this and it seems like a good way to "force" users to read about new features. Thanks, hope this helps

I would love to hear more from you on this. Would you please shoot me a DM on X or an email so we can talk further?

Just exploring UserJot and this looks great, love seeing it in the UserJot app, I feel this feature will become the heart of everything. Looking to test integrating this into our new product let me know when there is a beta available. 👍

It should be able to notify the users if there's a new update or something as well, that would be very helpful to let users know when new updates drop, that if u didnt implement it already :) ( by this i mean like a red notification on the widget button or something, not actually sending emails ) and also i see that the feedback creation is missing uploading media, that would be really usefull to have, since one of the use cases i would think for this is some sort of internal app, that the widget will show inside of, and the users can create feedback with media directly from there

It's important for us to start with Userjot. Is there any progress on this?

Saif, the widget is currently available in beta. I'm on track to set to to stable by the end of this week: https://userjot.com/help/widget-sdk/widget-quickstart

How do I get access to it? I would like to introduce it to my team to try userjot for current needs.

It's public access! No need to do anything!

I see there is a beta, I wonder if there are plans for a React component for this? I really need this specially to announce updates about my app, but my app is a cross-platform react-native(expo) app. Right now we only support Web, so the <script> embed should work for now. But Q4 2025 or Q1 20206 we want to release our native app (same codebase) so <script> wound't work. If there's a react app we can make make it work as a web component inside the native app. (Might be able to make <script> work too, but not sure...)

Update: Got it working on React native. A bit hacky, but does the trick

Maybe you can share how you did it with a code snippet while we wait for an official support.

I just saw the in-app widget within the very UserJot dashboard. Loved it, and looked everywhere if there is an integration. Of course, as the widget itself offers an access to your roadmap, I found this submission: it's working pretty well. - The screen capture is pure genius, works perfectly - The roadmap timeline is very clear (the proof is I'm here) - The updates tab is appealing - The global widget is elegant and comfy, love it

Would love to add the widget to onedollarstats.com once it’s out — any idea when?

Do you have any idea of when this might be possible?

I have the widget embeeded in my ElectronJS app but it's a little buggy. Could be limitation with ElectronJS. Not sure yet.

Solved it. It was a Content Security Policy issue.

Turning boards on/off (for roadmap or updates) isn’t syncing to the widget. Also, when submitting feedback, users can’t pick which board it goes to. I have private bugs and public features but all just says feedback. I’ve tried some DOM manipulation as a workaround, but without any tab events it doesn’t trigger reliably. These feel like important fixes.

And on the feedback widget panel, maybe a select to select the board or passed via a custom trigger, but setting title and description would be cool to.
