How to create private boards?

On the landing page, it states "Public & Private Boards". Is there any documentation on private boards as I cannot figure it out. Do I need to upgrade? I cannot see any mention of private boards in the pricing table. Many thanks in advance, Joel

Private boards are now available within the dashboard! You can change a board from public to private and the submissions will be only visible to you and the person who has submitted the feedback.

Also looking for this, only started investigating usage of this system because it advertised Private boards.
