Details/Body is not saved on popup close
When submitting feedback through the "Give Feedback" popup, if you close the popup after typing out your feedback then re-open it later, it restores the title of your feedback but not the body.
This is especially frustrating because the suggested/potential duplicate options are presented below the box as if you won't lose any work (you can't middle-click on them to look in a new tab) but you do end up losing whatever was typed in the details/description box if the suggestion ends up not being a duplicate.
