Clarify and Enforce Image Upload Limits
When you put image in a comment, limit the upload to one or push them all, but dont drop silently the upload.

It looks like it is still not working. I have tried to upload two images with a comment multiple times, but it ended with an infinite loading icon for adding a comment, and nothing happened.
