Improve CTA on Mobile

As a user, after opening the mobile page, it took me a few minutes to figure out how to submit a new post. I assumed the icon in the bottom right corner was a live chat / support thing. There should be a vivid and clear "Submit Post" button somewhere (with text), like on desktop. There's enough space on mobile for this (top or bottom). Canny has this. If you only want an icon, a more appropriate icon would be a pen or pencil.
