Auto subscribe when creating a new post
I would expect to get automatic updates when I create a post. Maybe configurable for the organization?

Adam, this is implemented but currently turned off to avoid abuse. I'm going to gradually turn it on for certain workspaces.

What about a little nudge when making an item it does a tool tip or message at the top saying under the "feature request" for the poster, something like "Do you want to get an email when updates are made to this request?"
