Allow users to edit their feedback ideas

When logged in it would be nice to be able to edit the original feedback posts that a user has submitted. Sometimes there is more to add or typos to fix. Having it static and having a thread is great but sometimes the main post needs some edits/adjustments or a refactor.

Yeah being able to edit your own comments / feedback would be excellent! Adding the ability for an admin to edit feedback as well would be great too.
