Allow to edit post´s title and detail for admins
Sometimes, a user posts a feature, which:
1. Contains actually 2 features - one is valid and the second already exists - so I want to keep the first part of the post, but remove the 2nd part
2. Is not in English - I want to translate the whole post so other users can vote
Now I am unable to amend it so I have to either delete it or keep it in this confused state.
There can be written a note under a post, that the post was amended by the admin.
