Allow feedbacks without signing up
Users shouldn't need to create an account to leave a feedback in a random tool they are using.

In my case I have an iOS app that I'd connect. Would it be reasonable to add an optional token so only users coming from a valid source (in my case the app) can submit feedback?

Userjot looks good and we were going to use the product in our app, but not being able to vote as an anonymous seems unrealistic. In our case we can't expect people to sign up.

Same here. Currently use Canny and get very rare feedbacks, as my users have to sign up.

Hey! Anonymous feedback as well as other methods of auth (SSO, etc) are on the roadmap, I should have this ready soon.
