Admin Email Reports Preferences - Frequency and Board

I want to turn off receiving email for each post. Rather I would prefer to receive a list of posts at the end of the day or week. An option to choose the frequency would be better, as different stakeholders/admins can have different frequency preferences.Plus, an option to subscribe to notifications for specific board. So that ppl can get notifications only for boards they are involved in.Currently with good amount of users, our email inbox is getting flooded with emails for every single post, making it difficult to manage email inbox effectively.
