a minimal rich text like <bold> <italic> <links> etc. will be good for formattingi added some line breaks, but seems it does not preserve that.

+1 on line breaks not being preserved.
It is very frustrating because line breaks added through the "Give Feedback" button/popup are removed, but when added through double-clicking on the feedback body to edit, they are kept.
