Add conversation assignments and teammate join events
Let teammates assign conversations, automatically claim unassigned ones on their first reply, and filter the inbox by Mine, Unassigned, or Team. Keep ownership when conversations reopen, and show customers “John joined the conversation” when a teammate first replies.
