Add an "In Testing" roadmap status
We need a way to show roadmap items that have been built but are still in beta, testing, or limited rollout before they are marked as completed.
Right now, roadmap items move from planned to in progress to completed. That works for most cases, but it does not clearly represent features or integrations that are effectively built and being enabled for users while still being refined.
An additional status like "In Testing" would make these items clearer on the roadmap and help communicate that the work is further along than in progress, but not fully shipped yet.
Reviewing
